Proven SaaS Powerhouse Kerry Martin Joins BX Board

As a proven SaaS entrepreneur, Kerry Martin brings over two decades of high-growth leadership to BX. As the founder and CEO of CodeCorrect, he propelled the company to #18 on the Inc. 500 Fastest-Growing Companies list, driving revenues from $200,000 to $9 million in just four years before executing a major private equity exit. He later founded Vitalware, a market-leading healthcare compliance and revenue cycle company, ultimately exiting to a public company in August 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kerry currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of Sozo Sports of Central Washington, championing active lifestyles and community-driven initiatives. His track record of building high-growth companies, combined with a steadfast commitment to community and innovation, positions him as a transformative force within BX’s leadership team.
